My other passion is writing. After suffering a small stroke in my early 30s, I found it difficult with stringing sentences together. I went from academic writing style to basically writing what was in my head. Described as easy to read, I enjoy sharing my thoughts with the public and my journey has allowed me to publish four issues of one of Scotland's Fashion and Lifestyle magazines, specifically showcasing Scottish independent brands and designers.

Since then I have contributed to beautiful luxury magazine "The Bespoke Black Book" I have worked behind the since for a LGBTQ+ Broadcasting company and of course as I can't keep quiet, I started my own blog Kolours UK.
