Well, Queen of Prosecco!

If you know me outside of this blog, personally or on social media, you would know that my weakness is Prosecco! For my birthday I think I received at least 5 bottles from my girlies as presents! I can't get enough of it! BUT too much is not great for the teeth!

As an ex smoker and an occasional red wine drinker, I do sometimes see my teeth are not as white as I would like them to be. I make as regular visits to the dentist as I can, but with the weakness the Prosecco is causing on the teeth, having him scrape away, my teeth seem thinner and "thasnogood"!

Coincidentally I received an email about trying out "Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White Gold Mouthwash" and DenTek Sensitive Dental Floss Sticks. I had used the Beverly Hills brand before as a charcoal toothpaste. This time I received the mouthwash with "gold flakes"! It was sent to me and I started using it straight away.

I also have a few health issues which sometimes effect the state of my gums. After reading about both products I was keen to give them a try and see the outcome.

I did say I would use them for a week and report back to them. But I actually went a full month. A week didn't seem long enough to make a good judgement. Though I could feel a difference from the start, I wanted to make it a daily routine and give a true outcome. When I was told the other day "Wow MOM! Your teeth look so white!" I knew it was time to write about it. Not only that, but with the combination of brushing and using the DenTek dental floss sticks, I could feel a huge change in my mouth. Less bleeding gums, whiter teeth of course. Generally a longer lasting clean feeling. I am due a check up at the dentist in a couple weeks, I am thinking I will get a better report than last time. (I will post that news on the social media accounts ;) )

So what did I use:

The mouthwash is available at Superdrug.

The floss is available at Boots.
